Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations:
- Currently, we only ship to customers within the European Union (EU).
Shipping Options: We offer two shipping options for our EU customers:
- Free Shipping (All orders above 299 €):
- Orders totalling 299 € or more qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping is done via registered mail by Post, including a tracking service.
- Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Standard Shipping with Courier (29,90 € for all EU countries):
- For orders below 299 €, a standard shipping fee of 29,90 € applies.
- Shipping is carried out with a courier service, including a tracking service.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Import Duties and Taxes:
- Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are not covered by Stigma Rotary®. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Liability for Damaged or Lost Parcels:
- Stigma Rotary® is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the postal or courier companies. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the parcel's safety and timely delivery lies with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
