That depends on your location. When contacting us for a repair our team will make sure your equipment is sent to a location close to you.
How long will it take to get my machine repaired?
It depends on where you are. Repairs are processed almost immediately after they arrive. Our dedicated team then informs you on the next steps and ship the equipment back to you on the next business day.
I live outside the EU, can I still count on you for repairs and support?
Sure. Regardless of your location, our dedicated customer support team is always here to assist you. We will provide step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process.
However, please note that any expenses related to customs or other charges are not covered by us.
Who pays for shipping?
We'll meet in the middle. You take care of the shipping to us and we'll handle the return. For international and non-warranty shipments, we'll sort them out individually.
